Registration

• Each participant must sign an event waiver before participating in the event.  Race packets will not be issued to participants if the wavier is incomplete.
• Registrants under 18 years of age must have the applicant wavier signed by a parent or legal guardian.
• The age of a participant on the day of the race determines his or her age category classification.
• Andiamo Race Productions has a NO REFUND policy. ENTRY FEES AND DONATIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE for any reason. This policy applies regardless of whether you become injured, have an unexpected business/family emergency, pregnancy, travel issues, etc. There are NO exceptions. Any inquiry regarding this policy will be directed back to this statement.
• Andiamo Race Productions has a NO TRANSFER & NO DEFERRAL policy. ENTRY FEES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE for any reason.

Your Registration Includes:

Registration for our events will include several great features.

• Every participant that register before the T-shirt deadlines will receive a tech fabric race shirt.
• Chip timing.
• Crafted awards for top placed runners.
• Medals for all participants.
• Create or join a team.
• Refreshments
• Live performances from local artist.

Timing

• All registered participants will receive an official 5K finish time.

• Participants found to be wearing two or more timing devices during the race will be disqualified and their results will not be recorded.

Awards will be presented to:

• Top Male and Female
• Top Male and Female byage group: 14 and under, 15-19 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59,60-69, 70+

• HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT WALKERS?

  • We love walkers! Feel free to walk, jog, skip, or dance through the 3.1 miles.

• CAN children participate in the 5k?

  • Yes! Kids 12 and under are FREE*. All kids must be accompanied by a paid adult. *Does not include medal and t-shirt*  

• cAN I RUN WITH MY DOG/CAT?

  • Sure! Our events are pet friendly. 

• HOW DO I SIGN UP WITH A GROUP?

  • During registration, you will have the option to create or join a team. 

• CAN I PUSH A STROLLER?

  • Yes! Our events are stroller friendly. 

• Can someone else pick up my packet for me?

  •  Yes, as long as you send them with a printed or electronic copy of your confirmation email and your ID!

• ARE THERE REFUNDS?

  • We have a no refunds policy.

• WEATHER POLICY

• The Andiamo Race Productions races will be held rain or shine. Our participants’ safety is the most important thing so in the case of significantly inclement weather (i.e. lightning in the area), the event may be delayed or cancelled. In such situations, there will be No Refunds of entry fees. If threatening weather conditions force cancellation of the event, no refunds can be provided since funds were already spent in preparation for race day.

• CAN I TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION TO ANOTHER PERSON?

  • Registrations are non-transferable. 

• DOES THIS RACE BENEFIT A CHARITY?

  • Yes! A portion of the proceeds will go towards the local non-profit Yoga Day,  which is dedicated to teaching free yoga to underserved people of all ages in San Antonio with the mission of empowering people to live healthier and fuller lives.

     

• I HAVE A FRIEND WHO WANTS TO VOLUNTEER. CAN THEY HELP?

• CAN I REGISTER THE DAY OF THE EVENT?

  • Our events have limited space available. If registration is NOT sold out, we will have day of event registration. However, to guarantee your entry, you should probably sign up now!
